Senior Talent Management Director

We are delighted to partner with our esteemed client, a globally renowned well-being and retail company based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is in search of a Senior Director of Talent Management who will be instrumental in leading their Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions. We are excited to assist our client in identifying an innovative leader who can shape talent attraction, development, and retention by implementing best practices and strategic vision. Responsibilities

Talent Management:

\xc2\xb7 Take the lead in implementing a comprehensive performance management framework incorporating best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee the execution of performance management processes and provide training to enhance understanding of performance management expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and roll out a career progression program across the organization, including controls to identify and nurture employees with high potential.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular reviews to monitor individual and leadership development plans.

\xc2\xb7 Spearhead the development and execution of succession planning strategies.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct training sessions and create communication materials for various Talent Management and development initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects related to Talent Management.

Talent Acquisition:

\xc2\xb7 Develop strategic insights by analysing external and internal information sources to formulate a robust workforce plan.

\xc2\xb7 Lead the creation of future talent recruitment campaigns, setting objectives, budgets, and appointing campaign teams.

\xc2\xb7 Manage project delivery within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects and employing change management methodologies.

\xc2\xb7 Utilise HR data to diagnose business issues and identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and business performance.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate the strategy and business plan within the team, aligning with the organization\'s mission, vision, and values.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and address individual development needs within the team, providing training and coaching.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the relationship with external data providers to ensure accurate and timely data submissions.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. A Master\'s Degree in the same field is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Preferred certifications: CIPD or SHRM.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar leadership position.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated success in driving talent management and acquisition strategies within a dynamic and diverse organization.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
