This opportunity based in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Management Professional to oversee a major construction and engineering programme based in the Middle East, where innovative TA solutions, new ways of collaborating with stakeholders and thriving in a global multi delivery hub scenario will shape the success of your career, in what can be described as a once in a lifetime opportunity. With the support of our experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition colleagues both within the region and globally, you will act as a focal point with our client for all recruitment related matters, working directly with functional Leaders and other peer delivery partners in a multi-dimensional Programme environment. Key facets of the position include: -
  • Defining and agreeing the strategic resourcing plan for experienced hiring across multiple Lines of Business, with Senior TA Peers and Head of Operations
  • Building and maintaining effective global and cross functional relationships across the business and HR at all levels to ensure smart and productive outcomes that enhance the credibility, reputation, and effectiveness of TA
  • Adding value by enabling, advising, and influencing the implementation of both strategic, core and global future talent staffing solutions that fulfill the needs of the business units
  • Managing or implementing diversity recruiting initiatives where appropriate to create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and competitive advantage
  • Establishing branding and communications strategy to support employer branding and the Jacobs value proposition
  • Providing leadership, performance management and support to divisional/geographic Talent Acquisition Professionals and Talent Acquisition Coordinators, guiding and mentoring as necessary
  • Acting as a primary resource to ensure compliance of various employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with other Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in recruiting and to ensure the recruiting needs are being met across the Talent Acquisition Organization
  • Managing own requisition workload delivering new hires against plan, as needed
  • Leading and being held accountable for effective and consistent global and local implementation of recruiting process (recruitment, sourcing, interviewing methods, etc.)
  • Responsible for maintaining standardized metrics related to employment through applicant tracking, HRIS systems, and ad-hoc reporting; accountable for the Division/Geography recruiting performance metrics and operational efficiency
Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified and will already have proven experience of delivering recruitment solutions within a major programme environment covering technical, consultancy or construction related hiring. You will be able to demonstrate the following experiences: -
  • Leading, managing and developing high performing in-house recruiting teams in a large corporate environment consisting of multiple levels of recruiters and support teams
  • Coordinating with co-located and geographically dispersed teams
  • Performance managing teams to KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Successfully implementing change management initiatives
  • Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Leading and/or participating on global recruiting initiatives
  • Ability to produce, analyse and report on recruiting and workforce metrics
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Expertise around compliance with employment law, contracts and regulations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
