As a Senior Systems Engineer you provide pre-sales support of Keysight's Network Test and Visibility Solutions represented via the Network Application Solution Group. You are responsible for the development of professional relationships with key customers, support and management of sales representatives and distribution partners currently engaged with key customers within the META region.Among other tasks, you are specifically focused on the following:Assisting channel partners to identify, qualify and close pre-sales opportunitiesProviding thought leadership and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to coordinate efforts between partners, customer and IxiaAbility to lead network architecture discussion and solution design.Understanding customer pain points and projects and effectively positioning Ixia Network Visibility and Security solutions to solve those problemsPlanning and conducting onsite and web presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-conceptsRecognized as technical point of contact and technology/market expert by customerRegular customer visits and discovery across the wider META regionPreparation of test or visibility solutions prior to on-site demonstration, evaluation and POC's with focus on L2/3 testing solution (virtual and hardware based) such as IxNetwork, CloudPeak, automation frameworks, as well as network visibility solutions used in various network designs.Delivering on-site demonstration, evaluation and POC's, helping with automating these solutions and occasionally executing Professional Services tasks, as well as answering complex RFI's and RFQ's and establish BoMActing as Trusted Advisor for customers, designing Test Plans, PoC-plans, for execute related evaluations and assessmentsMaintain constant relationships with the product Marketing teams (Features requests, use cases and product/system applications)Job QualificationsDemonstrated English and Arabic communication and interpersonal skills with technical aptitude to deliver powerful, succinct, convincing, and customer-focused presentations at all levels of an organizationUp to date technical certifications on products like Cisco, AWS, VmWare are desirable7 + years customer facing pre-sales experience or equivalentTechnically competent in multiple relevant areas of technology such as; Switching & Routing, SDN, MPLS, broadband and Authentication, Automotive and Industrial Ethernet, Datacenter, Virtualization, CloudKnowledge of one or more competitive products and technologies such as Spirent - TestCenter, CloudStress, Gigamon, VSS/NetScout and BigSwitch solutions, as well as solutions from technology partnersProgramming skills using REST, Python, Pearl, RubyStrong understanding of 802.XX, TCP/IP and Layer 4-7 concepts and protocolsCollaborative and cross-functional style; works with sales, development and marketing teams to aid in growing services business.
