Location:

10+ years (UAE consultancy experience mandatory)Certifications Required:
Mustadam, Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP), LEED AP (BD+C or O+M preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sustainability-focused design and construction projects in compliance with
Estidama, LEED, and Mustadam
standards. Conduct energy modeling, waste management planning, and carbon footprint assessments. Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council) for approvals. Train teams on UAE/GCC sustainability regulations and certification processes. Audit projects to ensure adherence to green building codes.Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of UAE experience
working withengineering consultancies
(attach project list).Active Mustadam Professional Certification

.LEED Certification
with proven project track record.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi/Dubai green building regulations. Experience with WELL, BREEAM, or GSAS is a plus. Fluency in Arabic (advantageous but not mandatory).
