Job Description
:
Measure and map:
Use specialized equipment, such as GPS and CAD software, to measure and map land, property lines, and construction sites.Data analysis and reporting:
Analyze land records and survey data, prepare detailed maps, reports, and charts, and present findings to clients, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Team and equipment management:
Guide and train junior surveyors and field staff, purchase and maintain necessary survey equipment, and ensure safety standards are met.Project support:
Provide expert advice on land suitability for development, assist with project planning, and ensure that projects stay within budget and on schedule.Required Skills
Strong mathematical and analytical abilities Exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with surveying software and technology, including CAD, GPS, and GIS Excellent organizational and leadership skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience with legal descriptions and land records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
