Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & GIS Responsibilities
Prepare and review
topographic surveys
,site layout plans
, andGate Level reports
. Generate accurateAutoCAD drawings
and integrate survey data intoGIS platforms
(ArcGIS/QGIS). Ensure all drawings and reports are compliant with Dubai authority standards.Documentation & Quotation Tasks
Prepare
technical reports
,BOQs
, andproject quotations
for survey-related work. Assist withproject documentation
, tender submissions, and technical proposals.Team Leadership
Supervise field
surveyors
,assistants
, anddata entry staff
. Review and verify data collected from the field before submission. Provide guidance and technical support to ensure work quality and accuracy.Client & Authority Coordination
Liaise with
clients
,consultants
, andgovernment departments
. Submit Gate Level reports and survey drawings toDubai Municipality
and other local authorities. Represent the company in technical meetings and site visits when required.Requirements:
Must be
Dubai Municipality-approved
as a surveyor or engineer. Bachelor's degree inSurveying
,Geomatics
,Civil Engineering
, or a related field. Minimum5-7 years of UAE experience
in land surveying and supervision. Proficient inAutoCAD
,GIS software
, and Microsoft Office. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Experience in preparing and pricingsurvey quotations
. UAE driving license is a plus.What We Offer:
