Key objective of this role is to efficiently manage supply chain operations and last mile delivery for
Marine Business in assigned territory. This role will also manage the relationship with delivery agent
(DA) and logistics service providers (LSP\xe2\x80\x99s) and coordinate supply and logistics (warehousing, transport,
truck delivery) activities across the region, ensuring supply continuity and On Time In Full (OTIF)
delivery performance to customers is maintained in a safe and cost efficient way.
The role will also manage finished product at regional production hubs and satellite warehouses. Also
manage raw material planning, purchasing, logistical activities.
The role will also actively look for efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities in the entire supply &
operations value chain.
Facilitate the delivery process flow from Customer Service enquiry through to final delivery on-
board customer vessel, liaising with Customer Service and delivery logistics service providers (LSPs) as required.
2. Co-ordinate with shipping agents and check with Port Authorities for arrival notice of vessels
and arrange timely supply to the vessels. Coordinate vessel and truck movements as needed
by communicating with agents and customers.
3. Ensure that all orders given to 3rd party delivery agents are acknowledged, and all orders are
executed timely.
4. Ensure that Delivery Receipts are prepared according to Customer PO before they are issued
3rd Party Delivery Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s to initiate supply.
5. Ensure all orders are delivered to customers\xe2\x80\x99 vessels per Gulf\xe2\x80\x99s Customer value proposition
(CVP) and industry leading OTIF metrics.
6. Ensure that for the physical flow of product is correctly mapped on the ERP and delivery
information system.
7. Reconcile physical balances at the warehouses where applicable every month.
8. Work in close conjunction with Blending Plant, Transporters, and Delivery Agents for deliveries.
9. For BULK Deliveries, work in close conjunction with Barge crew, or Road Tanker suppliers and
ensure smooth deliveries in line with Gulf\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Value Proposition (CVP)
10. Propose cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity.
