We are looking for a Senior Subcontract Engineer for one of our clients with the following details: Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Expected start date: ASAP Contract Duration: 12 months Qualification and Experience Required: Minimum 12 years of experience Any professional certifications in contract/subcontract management GCC Experience -Oil & Gas sector Strong understanding of contract law, risk management and dispute resolution processes. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain detail reports on Subcontractor performance contract status and project progress Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all subcontract agreements Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements and amendments. Ensure that subcontract agreements are compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to subcontractors. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure subcontractors' activities align with project goals and schedules. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between subcontractors and project teams Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontracting and manage potential disputes Develop contingency plans to address potential subcontractor performance issues.
