Job Title Senior Structure Engineer

Description

Does front end layout and design of complex systems and equipment as applicable to the respective discipline.
Provides for compliance with items such as specifications, tolerances, safety factors and requirements of client.
Performs specialized design computations and analysis within a given discipline.
Prepares engineering reports with minimal supervision.
Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
Frequently interfaces with other Engineering disciplines as well as other departments.
Provides technical guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and lower level Engineers working on the same project.
Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Candidate must have/be:
Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years of work experience in structural design.
Extensive experience in designing roads, highways, bridges, tunnels and other infrastructure projects.
Adept in reviewing design of temporary structures.
Adept in using latest design applications/softwares.
Knowledgeable with international and local design, construction and safety standards.
