Job Description

Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings and infrastructure involving reinforced concrete and structural steel systems. Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and contractors. Provide technical oversight during construction, including reviewing shop drawings and addressing site queries (RFIs). Conduct site inspections and structural assessments when needed. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and draftspersons. Ensure quality control and consistency across all structural deliverables. Prepare technical reports and participate in project presentations when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred). G+1 Steel/ G+1 demolition DM accreditation preffered Minimum of 5 + years of experience in structural design and engineering. Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in structural design and analysis software Strong knowledge of material behavior, structural detailing, and construction techniques in concrete and steel. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
