Senior Store Keeper Job Summary: The Senior Store Keeper is responsible for managing the warehouse and inventory of all raw materials, finished goods, and installation equipment. This role ensures accurate record-keeping and efficient material handling to support seamless production and project execution. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of all materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized system, performing regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and secure.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly inventory reports to the Purchase and Production managers.
Coordinate with the production floor to issue materials for active signage projects.
Supervise storekeeping staff and material handlers.
Monitor stock levels and generate requests for reordering to avoid production delays.
Implement and adhere to health and safety protocols within the warehouse.
Requirements:
Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/supervisory role, preferably in the signage, manufacturing, or construction sector.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of material handling and storage best practices.
