ADNOC Distribution markets, sells, and distributes transportation fuel to both retail and commercial customers. We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.
Job Purpose
zPlan, implement and continuously optimize the project prioritization process for both the existing project portfolio as well as incoming project requests, in line with company strategy and portfolio management tactics, in order to select projects that align with an organization\'s objectives with the ultimate goal to maximize the organization\'s performance
Job Specific Accountabilities
Project Prioritization
Plan and utilize the best fitted market standard methodologies to contribute to the prioritization of both existing projects and incoming requests, in line with project management tactics and the broader ADNOC strategy, in order to come to a clear project prioritization aligned with the company\'s mid- and long-term goals.
Gather information on current projects and project pipeline
Assess current portfolio of projects or incoming requests (number of projects, status, business case, allocated resources, etc.)
Define priorities, in collaboration with senior management and portfolio management department manager, to come to a clear project prioritization aligned with the company\'s mid- and long-term goals.
Update portfolio, in agreement with senior management, to define which projects continue, pause, or end
Etc.
Reporting & Documentation
Manage the reporting cycle, chasing information as required and challenging the quality of data.
Establish reports and insights, in line with corporate strategy and guidelines, to capture most important findings ready for communication towards management
Prepare relevant materials for meetings and presentations, in line with the agreed-upon content to ensure that the information shared is relevant, correct, and timely available.
File relevant project documents so that all information is safely stored and readily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, business or equivalent
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
5 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills
Professional Certifications
PMP certification is preferred.
