Job Overview
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, collaborate with finance teams, resolve discrepancies, and stay updated on payroll regulations. Responsibilities:

- Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Finance Collaboration: Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, addressing employee inquiries related to payroll.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with evolving payroll regulations and tax laws, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
Data Integrity and Security:
- Data Management: Maintain the integrity and security of payroll data, implementing best practices for data handling.
- Documentation: Create and maintain organized and accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports, including payroll-related tax filings (if applicable) and compliance documentation.
Process Enhancement:
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and technology solutions to streamline payroll operations.
- HRIS Management: Ensure data accuracy and integration within HRIS systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years of payroll management experience, with a strong understanding of local and international payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
