As we expand, we\'re seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Human Capital team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Job Overview

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, collaborate with finance teams, resolve discrepancies, and stay updated on payroll regulations. Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Finance Collaboration: Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, addressing employee inquiries related to payroll.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with evolving payroll regulations and tax laws, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.

Data Integrity and Security:
  • Data Management: Maintain the integrity and security of payroll data, implementing best practices for data handling.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain organized and accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports, including payroll-related tax filings (if applicable) and compliance documentation.

Process Enhancement:
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and technology solutions to streamline payroll operations.
  • HRIS Management: Ensure data accuracy and integration within HRIS systems and databases.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of payroll management experience, with a strong understanding of local and international payroll laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
