1. Ensures HR Policy governance and drafts, coordinates, and managers policy reviews to ensure they reflect internal developments and statutory regulations.
2. Develop and amend People Department Procedures in liaison with relevant section managers on areas following audit results of non-compliance or weakness and root causes.
3. Provide necessary support in internal and external HR Audits by maintaining all records of Organizational Development activities and updating from time to time.
4. Assist in preparing various types of PD reports for presentation using MS office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point.
5. Point of Contact for input on development of PD Systems; approving HR systems customization requirements and manage on-time delivery of expectations.
6. Responsible for authorizing publishing of content updates on HR intranet / portal.
7. Managing HR System analyst and ensuring delivery of related objectives and KPI's.
8. Has ownership of technical requirements requested with regard to HE systems and monitor quality of content (job-Title) uploaded on to Oracle Fusion.
9. To support the sectional head in ad-hoc projects related to PD as assigned from time to time.
