Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Act as a single point of contact between HC and IT, to ensure alignment between HC Strategies, Policies, and Processes, and IT solutions through the formulation of Business Requirement Documents allowing the development and implementation of robust HC systems, process integration, accuracy, availability, and reliability of HC systems to support the implementation of HC Strategies. Provide/ ensure specialized expertise in the areas of business analysis and processes improvement support for all HC Systems, including SAP and Non-SAP applications, to ensure achieving the desired system automation for ADNOC HQ and Corporate Teams, in line with HC&A Strategies, focusing on improving efficiency and performance to maximize the value of HC Solutions. Lead, through a strong corporate approach, the coordination with group companies to address enhancements of HC Data to provide dashboard, reports and graphical presentation, based on the standardized HC taxonomy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Process Automation & Projects Lead studies and analyses of user requirements from various HC areas to evaluate the required updates in light of the existing features of all HC Solutions and ensures getting the maximum value. Conduct studies and initiate actions what would support the automation of the Human Capital Processes. Lead the planning, prioritizing, organizing and recommending the approved projects' list in line with the Human Capital Business Plan. Supervise and control the new implementation of approved related projects until completion phase and users satisfaction. Control and monitor the implementation of new SAP HC projects, to ensure the adaptation of such projects to company's scope, specifications, and priorities. Align the project plans, timing and milestones with the Information Technology to ensure timely launch of the updates in SAP and other system without any delay. Ensure the incorporation of HC Automation Requirements in IT Strategy, Plans, and Budget. Process Integration & Optimization Lead the assessment of the need for incorporating any changes in HC systems, study the implications of changes in relation to their impact on other and related systems and ensure proper handling of implementation of changes, with IT. Participate and contribute in the major IT projects related to company strategy where HC systems play a role, such as Master date management, segregation of duties "SOD" and governance risk & competence "GRC". Manage the Manager Self Service MSS, and Employee Self Service, and other user access to different HRIS modules and systems to ensure that the systems are meeting the information requirements, and support the future business plans for HC. Application Support, Dashboard & Data Management Manage systems and problem solving studies in both SAP and Non SAP applications, Applying the security system / configuration / procedure to ensure the proper implementation. Provide system support all HC applications to assure non-stop trouble-free operation. Perform data quality audits and liaise with expert users to solve and correct the problem areas and propose process to improve these results. Train and coach the system users on regular basis, to ensure their capabilities for the best usage of the recent or all system features. Monitor systems users' performance in respect of SAP issues, workload, slippage reports to the management and company management. Control and track HRIS problems during and after the implementation and provide solutions to solve these problems. Business Process Management Carry out studies aimed at developing new HRIS; In coordination with IT, investigate the market for new applications which help in enhance and develop our company HRIS and to meet our new requirements and targets. Review and approve procedures and related manuals for both SAP and non-SAP applications and ensure that they are reviewed to enhance their benefit. Identify problems and opportunities for improvement with existing information systems, as well as possible solutions.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal Regular contact with concerned Manager / Vice President and team members within the division. Frequent contact with HC functional/divisional and Department Managers, Section Heads for matters related to the HC Systems and Automation requirements. Regular coordination with IT Management, specifically, IT Systems Team, for HC systems enhancement and process automation. External Frequent contact with Group Company HRIS and IT focal points on matters concerning implementation of HC systems. Local and international vendors, contractors and third party service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification Bachelor Degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 10 years of experience in HC System Support, development etc. in a large organization
