Requirements:
3-year Full-Time Degree in Health and Safety or 3-year Full-Time Degree (Associated Degree) and a 2-year Full Time Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety or 3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or 3-year Full-Time Degree (Associated Degree) and Chartered member of IOSH, or
NEBOSH Diploma and technical Dive / ROV qualifications
8 to 10 years experience Minimum in an HSEQ role in a field related to Offshore, Diving, and ROV operations
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: High degree of understanding of diving equipment, and operations (air and saturation) High degree of understanding of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Survey operations Significant knowledge of the following standards:
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
OGP guidelines IMCA Guidelines
IADC, API, and Behavioral Safety Mentoring Safety Cases
Mandatory to possess a valid Qatar driving license to attend site visits as and when required
Preferred Root Cause Analysis Certification Auditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISO accreditation framework * Training and Assessment qualification at Level 4 or higher
