:Job Title: Senior Specialist (Commercial Transport Agreements)Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, On-siteWork Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Purpose: Prepare, review and advice on all Contracts & Agreements and provide legal guidance to various legal issues related to Gig economy & Commercial Activities to meet requirement and standard.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining relationship with clients by providing legal and regulatory advice on complex legal issues including gig economy, corporate governance and distance marketing of various products by global services companies and major corporations.\xc2\xb7 Structure, prepare and negotiate wide-ranging legal documentation including financing and security documents, shareholder and subscription agreements, SPAs, JV agreements, technology agreements and franchise agreements.\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing policies, procedures, frameworks and guidelines for proper functioning and adherence to Commercial & Investment standards by all stakeholders concerned.\xc2\xb7 Assess and minimize the risks associated with the Projects and Contracts through appropriate Mitigation controls, mechanisms and strategies.\xc2\xb7 Oversee and guide Contracts Specialists and Contracts Researchers\xc2\xb7 Participate in negotiation of settlement of Client\xe2\x80\x99s disputes or claims with other parties\xc2\xb7 Participate in the legal assessment of consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure data validity and efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that legal correspondence is addressed and communicated as per the direction of legal affairs director and in line with the Directions of the internal policies, procedures and rules.\xc2\xb7 Participate in Vetting the petitions & legal notes to be prepared by the Counsels / Legal consultants regarding Client\xe2\x80\x99s Arbitration cases;\xc2\xb7 Participate in negotiations of complex contracts /projects transactions, evaluate compatibility, and prepare contracts documents\xc2\xb7 Prepare legal documents drafts from rootstock, review and update existing contracts e.g. commercial & corporate agreements, purchasing agreements, confidentiality agreements, publishing agreements, online services agreements, international collaborative and draft legal notices\xc2\xb7 Prepare and review all Memoranda of Understanding & corporation agreementsRequirementsRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Public Policy / Law from a recognized university, PMP certificate is advantageous,\xc2\xb7 5 years of experiences in international consultant firm, of which 3 years at least in preparing & developing strategies, policies, manuals and procedures,\xc2\xb7 Have excellent knowledge of corporate Contracts & Agreements and regulations, laws and practices.\xc2\xb7 IT background\xc2\xb7 Service design, development, enhancement\xc2\xb7 Process management\xc2\xb7 Quality and excellence\xc2\xb7 Data analysisBenefitsVisa and Medical Insurance
