Our client: A Retail firm is looking to hire an experienced Human resources professional to the team to manage the GCC market.
Your role: Leads the work related to providing developmental relationship to support performance in role and support acceleration of talent to future roles. SME for coaching, mentoring and other forms of developmental relationships e.g. SMEs and alumni. Owns the related frameworks, supplier relationships and capability building programs. Works with head of leadership to define overall strategy for coaching and mentoring to ensure impact. Design the high-level offering as the SME in this area - engages social learning to support in effective embedding and ongoing application beyond formal learning solutions. Supports capability of leaders to have coaching conversation - coaching as a capability. Manages vendor solutions to ensure executive coaching is available to the organization - coaching as a service.
Must haves: 4 years in learning / talent development - 2 years in leadership development, specific experience of coaching and mentoring (using developmental relationships ) , experience of SME networks and alumni desirable. Educational wise bachelor\'s degree or equivalent level 7 qualification / diploma and fluent in English.
