JOB PURPOSE:

Supports the development and implementation of the center of excellence for change across ADNOC. Creates, builds and implements plans and tactics for enabling the development of enterprise change management including change on key projects. Plays a key role in defining and evolving the organizational culture to be positive and receptive to enterprise-wide change. Develops and implements high-impact change strategies, systems, and processes; measures effectiveness of change management initiatives; and tracks progress toward achieving transformative change.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Job Specific Accountabilities

As a member of the Culture and Change team, the role will be expected to contribute to and shape the overall Culture & Change strategy for ADNOC and work collaboratively to enable its effective implementation.

Work collaboratively with the Senior Specialist, Culture, and the Internal Communications team members to design and deliver effective culture-related communications and guidance.

Develop and implement all aspects of the center of excellence for change to build its reputation and strength across the Group.

Develop compelling and creative presentations on the topic of change management, including but not limited to; introduction to change management, ADNOC Change Framework, role of leaders in change, project specific change plans and activities etc.

Deliver effective presentations to senior leaders, stakeholders, and relevant change agents around the Group.

Continue the development and extension of the ADNOC Change Framework to enable its effective use and embedding in the business.

Support change management and change communication planning and execution on group-wide strategic change projects.

Create communication content (eg narrative, talking points, FAQs) for different channels and audiences to support strategic campaigns or change programs tailored to relevant audiences.

Assess the change impact on relevant project by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.

Understand and assess the audiences impacted by change across the group to inform change planning and execution.

Understand and track the enterprise change portfolio by identifying changes happening across the Group, maintaining a central plan and engaging stakeholders to find out status.

Identify change methodologies to create and implement consistent change management and communication processes, plans, toolkits and guidance that enables easy application of change management within projects and companies.

Develop, manage, and maintain a community of practice for change management, including planning virtual and in-person workshops, preparing guidance and presentation materials, providing adhoc advice and direction

Offer guidance and advise change agents and communication teams regarding effective change management and in fulfilling the role of change enablers.

As appropriate, support team and project leads in integrating change management methodologies and practices into their project plans.

Build effective and trusting working relationships with business and project stakeholders, demonstrating the ADNOC culture in action and get the most value from their roles.

Support change management skill and capability development/ training efforts by providing input, document requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.

Organization and execution of stakeholder workshops including presentation preparation, logistics, rehearsals, etc.

Carry out administrative tasks related to the effective implementation of the team responsibilities for example scheduling of meetings, issuing meeting minutes

Coordinate and recommend selection of external communication suppliers/agencies to support delivery of culture and change management activities where necessary, ensuring best value, quality and brand consistency aligned with the business requirements and overall guidelines of Group Communications.

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in junior to mid-level roles in change management and communications, with proven experience across various areas related to execution of transformation and change e.g. communications, change management planning and execution, training, people development, stakeholder engagement, project management

Experience in a large international organization with complex business operations/multi-shareholder environment.

End to end experience on at least two major change projects with responsibility of planning and executing change

At least 5 years\' experience with building relationships at a senior level across a diverse mix of stakeholders to deliver joint projects or initiatives

Extensive experience in developing high quality presentation materials and communication content

Evidence of understanding the benefit and value of introducing change management into projects and organizations and ability to draw upon external best practice and research to support this

Experience of assessing the impact of change on a diverse group of individuals and teams

Ability to design and deliver tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements to enable effective change

Proactive individual with the ability to take initiative to come up with new ideas and follow through to execution with limited guidance

Applies a growth mindset to day-to-day responsibilities and learning opportunities with the ability to take on constructive feedback to help personal and team growth

Strong verbal written communications skills and presentation skills

A self-starter who relishes pressure and can thrive in a fast paced and demanding culture.
