The Role Develop and deliver awareness and demand generation activities to enable Ooredoo B2B sales to identify new sales opportunities and generate a quality pipelineKey Accountabilities and Activities
Performing market research to identify new trends in industry sectors and developing branding strategies based on these trends
Developing plans and strategies to increase Business brand awareness and promote products across all business channels
Conducting market research and gathering information about potential Enterprises Demand across all business segments.
Develop a segmentation / product strategies to reach the right audience with the right products
Recommending changes to existing products or developing new products based on market trends and customer feedback
Develop dashboards to help understanding corporates
Monitoring competitors’ products and services to identify new opportunities for growth or ways to improve existing products or services.
Loyalty Management: Define & drive the implementation of customer loyalty programs Coordinate with Productteam to build the necessarily content and material for the sales.
Ensure a smooth Sales and after sales process across all channels.
Unify the brand presence and image across all channels
Ensure the positioning of the business brand/segments/ product.
Set the right positioning for the b2b products in term of where product /service stands.
Ensure the brand is well communicated across all business channels.
Define the Unique Selling Propositions for B2B products.
Ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions.
Develop and execute brand management plans.
Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
Identify brand-building areas.
Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies
Qualifications BSc degree in Business or relevant field
