POSITION
Senior Spa Supervisor
LOCATION
Private Estate - Middle East - Abu Dhabi
The client will arrange work visa and relocation if not local.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Senior Spa Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury private spa, ensuring world-class service delivery to family members and VIP guests. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise with advanced spa equipment and strong organisational skills. The position oversees a small team, coordinates treatment schedules, and acts as the primary point of contact for all spa-related matters across multiple locations.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a spa, wellness centre, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team
• Technical proficiency in operating advanced spa equipment and wellness technologies (e.g. Cryo Room, Light Therapy, Oxygen Room, Laser Machines)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in high-pressure situations
• Fluent in English with exceptional client-facing presentation
• Well-groomed and professional at all times
• Flexibility to be on-call and travel between multiple estate locations as required

EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily spa operations to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 6 spa professionals, including therapists and receptionists
• Act as the main point of contact for family members and VIP guests, delivering personalised service at all times
• Be on-call to support family membersu0027 wellness needs across various residences
• Confidently manage and operate all spa machines and technologies (Cryo Room, Light Therapy, Oxygen Room, Laser Machines)
• Manage appointment bookings, treatment schedules, and staff rosters
• Monitor inventory, product stock levels, and procurement
• Ensure spa policies, procedures, and hygiene standards are implemented and maintained
• Address and resolve client feedback and service issues professionally and discreetly
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support promotions, events, and treatment packages

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Monthly Salary: AED 18,000
