Axiom World is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Solution Architect
to lead the review, design, and optimization of enterprise systems and infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in architecture, integration, and governance within large-scale and complex environments.Key Responsibilities
Assess system design, architecture, and integration models Review service workflows, business rules, and operational processes Evaluate infrastructure, hosting environments, and scalability strategies Analyze development and deployment practices including CI/CD pipelines Review support models, ticket logs, and incident handling protocols Lead customer and employee experience analysis through usability testing and feedback sessions Assess documentation, governance models, and change control practices
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in software and enterprise architecture Strong knowledge of software development, integration patterns, and Agile practices Proven experience in large and complex government organizations Familiarity with UAE real estate and/or government regulations (preferred) Arabic speaking is a plus
