What You ll Need To Succeed1. Extensive Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in MuleSoft development.2. Certification Requirement: Possession of at least one MuleSoft certification.3. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in both Mule 3 and Mule 4 platforms.4. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the retail domain.5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.6. Advanced System Development: Proficient in utilizing and engaging in complex full system development life cycles.7. CI/CD and Risk Management: Active participation in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Release Management processes, with a keen ability to identify technical risks and issues.8. Message Broker Expertise: Hands-on experience with message broker technologies.9. Collaborative Teamwork: Capability to work effectively in an onshore-offshore model, liaising with offshore developers to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
