Job Description

Lead Software Engineer (ERP Platform) with minimum 10 years of experience in UAE, and will be passionate about creating scalable solutions, leading a small team of developers, and staying up to date with the latest technologies in Al and ChatGPT integrations.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop a modern ERP system architecture (multi-company setup).

- Lead a small team of developers and oversee backend and frontend development.

- Build scalable APls for integration with third-party platforms.

- Ensure high code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.

- Research and integrate Al/ChatGPT-based solutions into system workflows.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Maintain awareness of modern development trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in backend and frontend development.

- Strong knowledge of at least one modern backend framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js/NestJS, Django, or similar).

- Strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Next.js).

- Solid experience in API development and integrations.

- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and system design.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD.

- Ability to work independently and lead a small team.

- Interest or experience in Al tools, ChatGPT integration, and automation.

- Minimum 5+ years of professional development experience.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
