What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness, reach, and engagement
• Manage influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing and PR teams
• Oversee creation of compelling content including posts, videos, blogs, ads, and newsletters
• Ensure all content maintains consistent brand identity and tone across platforms
• Lead community management efforts to foster positive engagement and protect brand reputation
• Manage, mentor, and guide the social media team, ensuring effective collaboration with internal departments
• Track performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and implement data-driven improvements
• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and best practices
• Support event coverage, manage executive LinkedIn profiles, and contribute to crisis communication planning

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of social media management and content creation experience, ideally in entertainment, retail, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful social media campaigns and creative content
• Proficiency in platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
• Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics
• Proven success in increasing reach, engagement, and follower growth through organic and paid strategies
• Excellent copywriting, editing, analytical, and leadership skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
