Job Summary

dopay is seeking a

highly creative, growth-driven Social Media Content Creator

responsible for building, scaling, and engaging our organic social media presence across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).


This role requires a

strategic thinker

who deeply understands platform algorithms, content behavior, audience engagement models, and can tailor content formats to maximize growth and performance across B2B + B2C contexts.


You will be responsible for generating ideas, writing scripts, creating concepts, and working closely with the creative team to bring high impact content to life, all while ensuring full alignment with dopay's brand framework and voice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Engagement Strategy

Build and execute a

growth-first organic social media strategy

across all channels. Develop and maintain a monthly and quarterly content calendar covering all social channels to ensure consistent, strategic, and timely publishing. Analyze platform insights (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn..) to continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and audience retention. Create content that is

specifically tailored to each platform's format, audience behavior, and engagement model

(TikTok Instagram Facebook LinkedIn). Develop channel-specific content strategies based on platform culture and algorithm signals.

2. Content Creation & Ideation

Generate

out-of-the-box creative concepts

tailored to each platform's behavior. Write scripts, captions, storylines, and hooks that maximize engagement and retention. Identify opportunities for real-time content, trends, and moments that can amplify dopay's presence organically. Create content formats varying between: + Short form videos + Reels & TikToks
+ Carousels
+ Stories
+ User focused storytelling
+ Educational fintech content
+ Brand led thought leadership

3. Brand Alignment

Ensure all content reflects dopay's brand guidelines, tone of voice, values, and emotional narrative. Build a storytelling style that reinforces dopay's positioning across employers, employees, and the wider financial community.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

Work closely with: +

Creative team

to convert ideas into high quality, visual outputs. +

Performance team

to support campaigns with content aligned to ad objectives.

Lifecycle team

to design personalized video/content touchpoints.

Product/CS/CC/Logistics teams

to translate features, insights, or customer stories into content moments.

5. Data-Driven Content Optimization

Analyze content performance weekly and monthly. Identify patterns about what resonates, what increases retention, and what drives growth. Continuously experiment with hooks, formats, posting schedules, and styles.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Social Media Content Creation, preferably across both BTB + BTC audiences. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content psychology, and digital storytelling. Strong experience in writing creative briefs and collaborating effectively with designers, videographers, and editors. Ability to create clear and engaging storyboards for videos, reels, carousels, and multi-format content. Proven experience growing brand accounts organically. Exceptional writing skills (Arabic + English). Experience working with creative teams, editors, and designers. Ability to work with multiple content formats, including scriptwriting and basic knowledge of video production. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferably experience in fintech, SaaS, digital products, or growth-led environments is a strong plus.
