Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor site mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and other MEP systems) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress of work. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval and compliance with project requirements. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to verify quality and performance. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, project schedules, and quality control procedures. Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and documentation for project handover. Provide technical support to the site team and recommend solutions for design or execution challenges. Monitor and control manpower, material, and equipment resources for efficient site execution. Assist in client and authority inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
