Main Scope:
The successful candidate will have a role as Director of Maintenance for multiple sites/industrial facilities, with the primary missions of implementing an effective strategy and managing the maintenance teams to achieve the company's objectives.Responsibilities:
- Deploys and oversees employer and customer contractual commitments.
- Overall management of budgets and costs of maintenance operations
- Oversees the HSE policies and procedures in place for the maintenance organization
- Develop & implement current and long term facility maintenance strategies
- Know how to strategically develop a maintenance culture for continuous improvement in all facets of the organization (proactive maintenance aspects, workflow, commitment, accountability, transparency... )
- Know how to work collaboratively with others in the organization to achieve common goals to improve performance and gain new opportunities.
- Implement policies and procedures so that direct reports and other employees understand missions, business objectives and performance standards.
Must Have:
- School of Engineering ( mechanical, electrical or civil engineering).
- 15 to 20 years in maintenance management in heavy industry
- Experience in the industrial sectors of : Oil&Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical
- Fluent in English / French
- Contract renewable by year / With possibility of CDI after at least 2 years of success.
