We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Site Engineer

with 4 years of construction experience,

specifically in fit-out, renovation, interior works, and villa construction

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and documentation. Ensure implementation of safety procedures and quality control standards at site. Monitor resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to achieve project deadlines. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site. Verify work measurements and assist in preparation of bills/claims. Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with project and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum

4 years of site engineering experience

in building construction projects (UAE experience). Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
