We're Hiring:
Site Foreman - Construction
We are looking for a highly experienced Site Foreman to supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure quality execution of construction works. If you have a strong background in structural work and hands-on site supervision, join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
Manage labor teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Oversee blockwork, substructure, and superstructure activities.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
Monitor materials and tools, and report site progress to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong technical knowledge in block wall work, foundations, and structural frameworks.
Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings.
Skilled in managing labor and site logistics.
Hindi speaking is required; other language skills are a plus.
Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
