mid-rise building projects
. The successful candidate will lead architectural site activities, ensure design intent is achieved, and coordinate with all disciplines to deliver the project in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural site supervision works for mid-rise building projects.
Ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements.
Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to resolve design and site issues.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Conduct site inspections, issue snag lists, site instructions, and non-conformance reports.
Review contractor submissions and ensure timely responses.
Participate in site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings.
Oversee finishing works and ensure high-quality architectural finishes.
Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Professional registration or accreditation is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum
8 years of UAE experience
as a Site Architect.
Proven experience supervising mid-rise building projects is mandatory
.
Consultant firm experience is required
.
Strong understanding of local authority requirements and approval processes.
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods and finishing standards.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and site management skills.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, details, and specifications.
