Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise all architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues promptly.
Review and approve material submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to design intent.
Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain the integrity of the architectural design.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Ensure all project documentation, reports, and site records are updated and maintained.
Support design teams with feedback and recommendations based on on-site conditions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Site Architect, preferably with a consultancy in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, finishing details, materials, and site coordination.
Excellent understanding of UAE codes, regulations, and authority approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
