Job Description
Site Architect is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of a construction project at the site level:
HIGH RISE EXPERIENCE
a must.Below are his duties on site:
Supervise the construction process to ensure that the design intent is implemented accurately. Address any issues or changes that arise during construction and make necessary adjustments. Generate design solutions that respond to the site conditions, project program, and client preferences. Present design options and collaborate with the client to ensure smooth construction process. Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation until taking over.
