We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to join a prestigious architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will lead the Architectural and Façade packages, from engineering coordination to on:site supervision. Location: Dubai, UAE Availability: ASAP Key Responsibilities: * Lead the on:site supervision of all Architectural and Façade packages, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. * Coordinate extensively with engineering disciplines, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of architectural works. * Review and process all architectural technical submittals, including shop drawings, material submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), method statements, and other relevant documentation. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and local authority regulations. * Provide expert guidance and solutions for on:site architectural challenges and detailing, demonstrating a deep understanding of materials and construction methodologies. * Collaborate effectively with international design consultants, ensuring their vision is accurately translated during construction. * Interpret and apply project specifications and Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings to guide on:site activities. * Manage and prioritize workload effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Key Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Architecture. * Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in architectural design and site supervision within the UAE. * Proven track record of successfully delivering luxury residential developments and/or 5:star hospitality projects. * Strong background in working with reputed engineering consultants and extensive experience in site supervision. * Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and processing all architectural technical submittals (e.g., shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements). * Proficiency in AutoCAD; awareness of using BIM modeling is highly desirable. * Experience using the Aconex project platform.
