Job Description
Managing design process thru all phases starting from concept design running thru SD, DD, IFC reaching to as built drawings and handing over process. Verifying design efficiency in term of areas and project cost target. Leading technical team in design and built project providing comprehensive role in terms of coordination, construction feasibility and considering authority regulations. Leading design change process thru all the stages. Supporting cost consultant in day to day contractual inquiries and cost impact requests. Following up procurement process approving and assisting the material approval process. Reviewing and approving all shop drawings for all project departments. Managing handing over process to authority and client teams. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
