About the role

We are looking for an Established Field Service professional who will interact with customers and field team members. He would also analyze and interpret test information to resolve design/system-related problems. Someone who will maintain effective communication with customers and team members to better understand support requirements.

Responsibilities

As Senior Service Sales Engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

Establishing prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.

Aiding in and supporting business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.

Prospecting bid opportunities, participating in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.

Developing new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.

Identifying prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.

Developing personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.

Attending trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.

Working towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of New Service Agreement, while complying with company Finance, Ethics and Sales Policies.

Achieving FY Plan through securing New service agreement as well as New operation and maintenance agreement.

Contacting customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.

Developing diverse product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.

Be located in Dubai.

Minimum of 3 years of experience on the HVAC Industry.

Good level of English.

Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and own car (50% of the time you will be visiting customers).
