SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER

- AUH Branch

Scheduling the technical team for the site work.

Planning the resources for the scheduled works

Coordinating with office and client for the job execution

Responsible for the job completion at stipulated time frame.

Ensuing the job /contract schedule closure in ERP for the invoicing.

Attending the service callouts and assigning the team.

Attending to the email correspondence with clients for the all the technical queries.

Managing the inspection schedules, civil defense visits, 24x7 visits

Attending civil defense inspection and coordinating with civil defense inspector

Arranging the schedule of civil defense inspector for the inspection.

Site survey for the new sales enquiry.

Attending site meeting with client.

Attending all technical queries of client, sales team and technical team.

Monitoring and controlling the technical team discipline.

Conducting the technical meeting, training & audits technical team.

Coordinating with other engineers and manager for the technical resources.

Collecting service reports on daily basis and entrusting it to the technical coordinator

Any other job assigned by the line manager from time to time.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in Fire Fighting company, with a strong focus on engineering aspects. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Driving License is required.
