Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking a customer-focused Senior Service Designer with extensive experience in the banking sector to join a leading financial institution's Customer Experience (CX) Chapter. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping seamless, human-centered customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, aligning with the bank's CX governance framework and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and govern CX service design standards, templates, and blueprinting guidelines.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration workshops to co-create, review, and refine service blueprints across product, technology, and business teams.
  • Develop end-to-end service blueprints encompassing customer journeys, frontstage and backstage processes, system dependencies, and compliance touchpoints.
  • Ensure alignment with CX governance principles and maintain documentation of approved blueprints in a centralized repository.
  • Map and analyze customer journeys across digital, branch, and contact center channels to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Synthesize insights from data sources such as NPS/CSAT scores, customer feedback, and frontline reports to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate service design concepts and experience improvements.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes or prototypes to communicate design solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to ensure design recommendations are translated into measurable improvements.
  • Monitor post-implementation results and continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in service design, customer experience, or process design within the banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, customer segmentation, and UAE market regulations.
  • Expertise in service blueprinting, customer journey mapping, and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Skilled in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable service enhancements.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Figjam, or similar design and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management approaches.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
