A leading automotive lubricants company based in Dubai is looking to hire a
Sales Representative
with
a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling automotive oils and lubricants
.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual who can build strong customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's automotive oil products to existing and new customers.
Develop and expand the client base through regular field visits and communication.
Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements:
Minimum of
3 years of proven experience in selling automotive lubricants
(actual sales records are preferred).
Strong knowledge of automotive oils and their technical specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Benefits:
Basic salary + sales commission.
Salary and commission structure will be determined during the interview based on experience and performance.
