We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging their Salesforce expertise to enhance operations and optimize processes. This role combines technical proficiency with stakeholder engagement to deliver effective Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, and development. Previous experience in a Free Zone a plus. Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with willingness to travel on a mission basis. Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II; Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant preferred. Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and web services. Solid understanding of Salesforce Cloud architecture and security models. Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Proven experience in technical roles within Salesforce projects.

Additional Information

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, development, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Oversee the technical development of software from inception through user acceptance, managing projects that impact multiple departments. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and provide technical design specifications. Monitor and report on technical execution progress, addressing issues and risks proactively. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards. Coordinate across teams to align projects with business objectives and compliance standards. Troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations. Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools and customize the platform with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components as needed. Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution integrity and quality, resolving issues as they arise. Maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations, along with user guides. Conduct training sessions for users and administrators to enhance proficiency in the Salesforce platform. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and timelines. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Recommend enhancements to optimize Salesforce usage.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Salesforce configuration (e.g., custom objects, workflows, process builder). Strong knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components). Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). * Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, ETL tools).
