Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
Identify and secure new clients through proactive market research, field visits, and relationship building.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
Negotiate contracts and finalize deals in alignment with company policies and profit goals.
Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
(Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
in
raw materials, building materials, abrasives, or related industries.
Proven ability to
develop new business and achieve/exceed sales targets.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong
market knowledge
of construction and industrial materials.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid
UAE driving license
(preferred).
