Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Sales & Proposal Engineer with strong experience in estimation, proposal development, and technical sales within industrial or engineering environments. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and clients to deliver competitive and compliant proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals
- Handle cost estimation, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams
- Engage with clients to clarify technical and commercial requirements
- Support negotiations and bid submissions
- 7+ years of relevant experience in sales, proposals, or estimation
- Strong technical understanding of industrial or engineering solutions
- Proven experience in tendering and cost estimation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
