Senior Sales Professional - Shipping & Logistics (UAE & International Markets)

Location: UAE - Dubai

Position Summary:

This role is for experienced shipping & logistics sales professionals with a verifiable track record in the UAE and international markets. Applicants must demonstrate measurable sales achievements; candidates without documented results will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and close new business within the UAE and international logistics and freight markets. Manage corporate and SME client accounts across multiple regions. Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate contracts both locally and internationally. Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the UAE and overseas. Coordinate with operations to ensure service excellence across markets. Maintain detailed sales performance reports including regional and international performance.
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions):

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in shipping/freight/logistics within the UAE, with additional international sales experience highly preferred. Documented history of achieving sales targets, including UAE and international markets. Clear disclosure of previous monthly/annual targets and actual results. Exact number of deals closed in previous roles, including cross-border transactions. List of key companies/accounts handled locally and internationally. Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight pricing in UAE and global markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills with multinational clients.
Compensation Package:

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 (based on experience) Commission paid on every closed deal
