The Role
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with the METCA Leadership Team and support the METCA field sales teams by delivering high-quality analytics, operational rigour, and strategic insight. You will play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, improving sales productivity, and ensuring strong operational cadences across the region.
This role operates in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving sales environment and requires exceptional analytical capability, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will work collaboratively not only with in-region sales teams, but also with EMEA, APJ, and US Corporate Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the business.
