- Oversee and manage all real estate operations, including property management, Project development, generating leads for sales, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Generate sales through direct/indirect channels to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion in the real estate market.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective advertising and sales strategy across all of the organizations\' projects.
- Achieve allocated sales targets through collaboration with the sales team or agents.
- Escalate and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a real estate Sales Manager, with at least 10+ years of work experience in the real estate (Residential) industry in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial statements and budgets.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic language is preferred.
