Role Overview



We're looking for a

Sales Manager with a strong F&B background in the UAE

to drive revenue growth across

retail and B2B channels

. This role is ownership-heavy -- focused on

opening new accounts, growing existing ones, improving distribution, and scaling sales sustainably

.

You'll work closely with the founders, operations, and marketing teams to build strong trade relationships and convert brand momentum into consistent sales growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Account Management



Drive

top-line sales growth

across Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa, corporate & institutional B2B accounts Manage and grow

key retail accounts

(Union Coop, Spinneys, Choithrams, Zoom, specialty stores, etc.) Identify and onboard

new retail & B2B accounts

across UAE Own

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Develop account-wise growth plans (SKU expansion, promotions, shelf presence)

Distribution & Channel Expansion



Work with distributors to improve

coverage, availability, and visibility

Expand into

gyms, cafes, offices, schools, vending, events, and corporate gifting

Monitor stock movement, replenishment cycles, and sell-through

Trade Marketing & Promotions



Plan and execute

in-store promotions, sampling, displays, and activations

Coordinate with marketing for launches, campaigns, and retail visibility Negotiate

listing fees, promotions, margins, and trade terms


Relationship & Negotiation



Build long-term relationships with buyers, category managers, and B2B partners Lead pricing and commercial negotiations Act as the main point of contact for all key sales accounts

Reporting & Forecasting



Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts Share weekly and monthly sales reports with management Provide market feedback on pricing, competitors, and consumer trends

Required Experience & Skills



5-8 years

of sales experience in

FMCG / Food & Beverage

in the UAE Proven experience selling into

retail + B2B channels

Strong network with

buyers, distributors, and trade partners

Track record of

opening accounts and scaling sales

Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills Data-driven with solid reporting and forecasting ability Self-starter with a growth mindset -- comfortable in a fast-moving brand

Preferred (Nice to Have)



Experience with

health foods, snacks, beverages, or premium FMCG

Startup or challenger-brand experience Knowledge of distributor models and modern trade dynamics in UAE

Strong expansion of

retail footprint & B2B accounts

Improved shelf presence, distribution, and repeat orders Sales operations that are structured, scalable, and efficient
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
