\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse is working with an organisation within the Leisure and Entertainment industry, who is looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and generating sales revenue.
About the Role The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability. You will also be responsible to identify market opportunities, analyse competition, identify new revenue streams and build strong relationships.
In addition, you will be responsible for sales training and development for the sales team and you will work in a cross functional team across various departments.
Our client is looking for someone who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to nurture business relationships and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
About You To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 5 years\' experience in a sales leadership role within Entertainment or Hospitality with demonstrated success in driving sales growth. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
You will be a strong decision maker with the ability to manage the sales department independently. The company promotes a diverse culture, therefore, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The role is based in Dubai but there will be travel to Abu Dhabi as and when required.
