Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Leisure at Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection in Dubai. The job responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, generating and executing innovative ideas to drive revenue, forecasting, creating marketing and sales initiatives, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the leisure market and competition
- Ability to generate and execute innovative ideas to drive revenue
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of RFP, GDS, and CRM systems
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
