Identify and develop new business opportunities in air, sea, and land freight services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
