Senior Sales Executive - Telecom B2B (SMB Segment) Job Overview Sharaf DG is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive telecom sales across small-to-medium business (SMB) clients in Abu Dhabi. This door-to-door B2B role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting telecom products including GSM connections, postpaid plans, fiber internet, and business connectivity services. Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Industry: Telecommunications Function: Outside Sales / B2B Sales Salary: 6000-9000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Job Type: Full-time Job Overview The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying SMB prospects, closing deals, and providing tailored telecom solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom services, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales performance. Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct door-to-door sales to identify and acquire SMB clients for telecom products and services
Present and sell GSM solutions including postpaid, fiber, and Business On plans
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and manage a pipeline of prospects through CRM tools
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities
Provide post-sales support, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal service and technical teams
Stay updated on telecom trends, pricing models, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing and customer service to support account development
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights to management
Requirements Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of B2B or SMB sales experience
Prior telecom sales experience preferred, especially in GSM, postpaid, and fiber plans
Skills & Abilities
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and handle field rejections professionally
Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking sales metrics
Additional Requirements
Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi
